The roof is also finished on the lounge!
I have to get the trim around the loading door figured up and the band board up for the front porch/parking so the guys can finish up the west exterior. At the rate that the guys are moving… they might be finished tomorrow afternoon, or first thing Monday!
As good of a job as it appears they are doing, I might just see how much A.T. would charge to help me with the framing… (I think this guy’s interested in the job, anyway.)
I’m meeting with the concrete contractor to discuss the parking pad and ADA sidewalk around to the front door.
Man… I hope this thing is going to come together as well as I hoped…. this is getting REALLY exciting now!
