Sand Traps
Finished 90% of the physical build on the console and producers desks… e.g. the carcasses are done and what’s left is trim… so it’s time to start sanding and staining.
As in my past furniture making experience, all surfaces were sanded with 150 and 220 grit paper. Then all horizontal surfaces sanded with 400 and final sanding with 800 grit paper.
I’ll start staining tomorrow, once the dust has settled and I’ve run a tack cloth over everything at least twice.
