Got to seal up the HVAC penetrations as they are indeed, a penetration into the Control Room envelope…
The first layer is OSB, and the enclosure around the HVAC is indeed filled with Owens Corning R13 and R30. I also pulled the kraft paper off.

Pickin’ up steam… well… hot water maybe
The plumbers got the Rennai water heater installed on the building today. They still have to make the connection to the propane tank, and the electrician needs to make the electrical, but for the most part, it’s in! The electrician called for the inspection of the PVC rough-in to the outbuildings… those passed!

The HVAC guys must have stopped in on Wed w/o calling me… I walked in Friday morning and noticed the beginnings of the boots to the HVAC returns being cut in.
