Well, the concrete contractor showed up this morning about 8:30am.
By 10:30am, we knew we were going to get lucky and not find any rocks!

The small Iso Booth… The existing exterior footer’s fairly wide. I’m hoping that it doesn’t cause any issues.

Yesterday, I managed to get the door pulled out and the block work done to fill in the opening up to the existing block work. I filled the block with concrete and set “J” bolts to hold the sill plate.

I had my landscaper come over early this morning and put that John Deere of his to work.
We leveled up the south side elevation a bit. It’s to make way for the sidewalk from the parking to the entrance. I get the added benefit of it making the exterior work on the scaffolding a LOT […]
